This short, practical strength and resilience review helps you take stock of where your organisation is right now – what’s strong, what’s wobbly, and where things might be stuck. 

It’s not a test. It’s a fresh look at the bigger picture, to help you spot patterns, risks, and opportunities for lasting change. 

Use this as a first step toward understanding your real challenges clearly and objectively.

How it works 

For each statement below, choose the option that most honestly describes your current situation. 

Be as objective as possible. The goal isn’t to “score well,” but to learn where you really stand. 

Scoring options 

  • Strongly agree – We’re confident and consistent in this area. (3 points) 
  • Somewhat agree – We’re doing okay, but there’s room for improvement. (2 points) 
  • Somewhat disagree – We recognise this as a weakness. (1 point) 
  • Strongly disagree – We need major improvement here. (0 points)
